Hand Block Printed 1850s

Large upright pines in each corner with bending tips, surrounded by exotic foliage, the cream central field scattered with pine shaped motifs, the border with Eastern flowers and foliage, all in scarlet, mid green and blue, soft orange, black and pink shades, wool and silk, 5 ft; 1.5 m square long silk fringe.

One border has a 4 1/2 in; 10 cm darn which has been worked in white cotton, so could be unpicked and improved upon. There are a couple of feint markings to the centre. Ask for photos.
